It is made from a mixture of the best lean pork, finely ground pork rind and cubes of fat. To this a wide range of ingredients and flavourings including selected pistachios. Once it has been cooked, the resulting sausage has a full well-balanced flavour. Mortadella Etrusca has a unique fragrant aroma, a classic delicate taste and is an intense pink.
