High quality PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) salame.
Produced using exclusively premium cuts of Italian pork which are medium ground with a light spicing of salt, pepper and garlic. The origin of the name of this salami comes from the tradition of ancient hunters (cacciatori) using the salame because they were small and easy to carry.
It has a flavoured thin crust and is suitable for aperitifs and snacks.
The average size is 6 and 9 mm.
