This semi-sparkling dry red wine is made from 100% Grasparossa Lambrusco D.O.C. grapes. It has an intense ruby red colour and is produced in Castelvetro, south-east of Modena in the Apennine foothills.
Perfect with tortellini or passatelli, roasts, boiled meats, or other Emilian traditional dishes.
