Pecorino Toscano is an Italian hard cheese, produced exclusively with fresh whole pasteurised sheeps' milk.
It has a compact paste and a white straw colour with a sweet and salty flavour.
Aromas and fragrances are developed and well balanced thanks to a maturation period of 20-30 days.
Produced under strict Protected Designation of Origin process.
