Aged Guanciale Cipressi in Chianti 10x120g

Guanciale is produced from the cheeks of Italian pigs. The meat is trimmed to the traditional triangular shape before being seasoned with salt and pepper. It is cut into stripes after about two months of ageing. Browned in a pan for a few minutes, it is ideal for pasta all'amatriciana or carbonara.
