Salame Chiantigiano Cipressi in Chianti 10x100g

It is made from the meat of Italian pigs: the best parts of the meat are finely mixed and seasoned with salt, black pepper grains, garlic, and Chianti wine, which gives it its distinctive colour and aroma. The Salami is dried and aged for at least sixty days after being stuffed in natural casing. This is a special order item; please contact our offices for details.
